Optometrist Jobs

Diagnose, treat, and prevent problems related to eyes and sight. Optometrists perform vision tests and analyze results to identify anomalies and recommend treatment such as corrective lenses or medication. These healthcare professionals may also execute minor eye-related surgery as well as provide patient care before and after larger procedures.

Direct contact with clients necessitates that optometrists have strong interpersonal skills. They also rely on excellent communication abilities to effectively educate patients who may have no medical experience regarding eye-related care.
