Practice Liaison Program Manager

SUMMARY

Responsible for cultivating and maintaining a regional EyeCare Partners referral network of internal and external providers to ensure white glove patient experience during shared eye care delivery. Directs team of practice liaisons and coordinates with ECP Marketing and Operations to and drive referral source growth opportunities and facilitate problem solving strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise team of 23 practice liaisons and provide necessary support
  • Develop, facilitate, and execute a regular cadence of visits and meetings with practice liaison team members in their designated markets
  • Develop and train liaison team on defined growth initiatives to meet established goals
  • Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and recruiting of liaison team
  • Direct data collection and analysis regarding referral sources via CRM and BI tools. Formulate strategies to drive patient referrals and advanced procedures
  • Supervise and coordinate new ECP provider introductions to referral community to drive emerging practitioners
  • Oversee optometric education platform including continuing education seminars and clinical grand rounds, and ensure proper credentialing and reporting is maintained
  • Optimize communication strategies between providers including web portals, referral portals, and the ECP contact center
  • Problem-solve operational concerns voiced by referral community with ECP Operations
  • Actively partner with business development and marketing leaders, along with other corporate resources, to co-develop overall organic growth strategies, market analysis, and identify/execute on best practices for organic growth.
  • Be the point of contact for medical, trade and physician organizations within the practice's current and future markets.
  • Work with practice leaders and practice liaisons to develop and maintain internal and external liaison-related marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor co-management relationships with practice doctors, external referral sources, and team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum Required: 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and 10 years' sales and marketing.

LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS

Minimum Required: None

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SalesForce
  • Strong experience using a referral portal system
