Associate Optometrist

Seeking a dedicated Associate Optometrist to join our team. Our practice is family owned and started in 1946. Ownership opportunity 2-3 years after starting. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive eye exams, refraction, and prescription dispensing

2. Diagnose and treat ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and cataracts

3. Perform pre-testing procedures such as keratometry 

4. Fit contact lenses and provide guidance on proper eye care
5. Collaborate with ophthalmologists for patient care and referrals

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Experience in primary eye care and optical coherence tomography
• Knowledge of LASIK procedures and patient recall systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
