Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is a nonprofit community-based organization that operates 41 sites, 36 of which are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) throughout Tulare, Kings, and Fresno Counties. Family HealthCare Network offers a mission driven, patient centered model of care that is focused on compassion, excellence, quality, and access to care. Our provider teams have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license, and have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
