This is a standout opportunity to step into a **booming, high-demand environment with strong referral streams and the ability to build a high-volume surgical practice from day one ** Established, high referral volume Immediate patient demand with opportunity to grow a very high-volume practice No call requirements Monday-Friday schedule Collaborative team of ophthalmologists and optometrists Full clinical and administrative support , allowing you to focus on patient care ### Modern, Comprehensive Eye Clinic Practice in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced diagnostics and surgical capabilities: Diagnostics & Imaging OCT, fundus photography, visual field testing IOL Master, A-scan, corneal topography, pachymetry Clinical & Surgical Care Cataract surgery (including toric & multifocal lenses) Glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye care Corneal disease, dry eye, floaters/flashes Procedures & Specialty Services Argon & SLT lasers Minor in-office procedures Neuro-ophthalmic evaluations Additional Services Pediatric eye care Oculoplastics (blepharoplasty, ptosis repair) FAA and disability evaluations ### Compensation & Benefits **Starting salary from $450,000 - $475,000 with additional production incentives ** $100,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available 6 weeks PTO annually CME allowance and paid professional dues 401(k) with employer contribution Comprehensive health, dental, disability, and malpractice coverage
