WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and current Washington state license

Strong communication and genuine care for patient relationships

Desire to grow and learn continuously

A collaborative, Concierge, team-first mindset

Ideal (But Not Required)

Interest in myopia management, dry eye, or specialty contact lenses

Experience in specialty practices or willingness to develop new skills

Curiosity about advancing eye care

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary

$140,000 to $180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience and background)

Bonus Opportunity

Earn additional compensation based on specialty service growth and patient outcomes
