Two Unique and Vibrant Patient Populations Dallas Location

Located in one of Dallas' most dynamic and energetic areas, this office serves a younger professional demographic primarily in their 20s through 40s. The practice has developed a strong reputation for specialty contact lens care and is the area's leading prescriber of daily contact lenses.

You'll enjoy working with engaged patients who value technology, preventative care, and premium vision solutions.

Plano Location

Our Plano office serves a thriving family-oriented community consisting largely of professionals and established households. Patients range primarily from their 30s through 50s and appreciate personalized care from providers they know and trust.

Together, both locations offer a diverse patient base and a rewarding blend of routine vision care, medical optometry, contact lenses, and disease management.

Unlike many corporate settings that prioritize volume, our doctors are scheduled for comprehensive 30-minute examination appointments, allowing them to perform thorough evaluations, educate patients, and build meaningful doctor-patient relationships.

Our doctors typically see approximately 1416 patients per day, creating a comfortable and sustainable pace that supports both clinical excellence and work-life balance.

Combined with our highly trained support staff handling all pre-testing, our doctors are able to focus their attention where it matters mostdelivering outstanding patient care and practicing at the highest level of their profession.

Position Overview

If full-time position:

  • 3 days per week in Dallas
  • 2 days per week in Plano
  • MondaySaturday office hours
  • Five scheduled workdays per week
  • Typical schedule: 9:00 AM 4:30 PM

If part-time position: 2 day per week in Dallas; 1 day per week in Plano

Training, mentorship, and shadowing opportunities are available for new graduates.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations
  • Diagnose and manage ocular disease
  • Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
  • Provide pre- and post-operative surgical care
  • Educate patients on vision and ocular health
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Manage urgent and emergency eye care needs
  • Collaborate with specialists and co-manage patient care when appropriate
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
  • Active Texas Optometry License
  • Glaucoma Certification required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
  • Passion for patient-centered care
  • New graduates and experienced ODs are encouraged to apply
