Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to all customers Assist clients in selecting frames, lenses, non-prescription sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories Accurately complete all required paperwork and process eyewear orders Verify order accuracy and follow up on order status Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional manner Support colleagues in the dispensary, Health & Technology Center, and other areas as needed Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and insurance claim submissions Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in optical sales Resumes to ...
