Optical Manufacturing Associate
Location: Madison, WI
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Adecco is currently hiring for an Optical Manufacturing Associate in Madison, WI. This position is responsible for producing high-quality opticalponents and assisting in the assembly of light systems and loupes in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality opticalponents
Assembleponents utilizing fixtures, hand tools, and specialized equipment
Set up equipment according to work instructions and production standards
Perform visual inspections and quality checks using testing equipment
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
quality, productivity, equipment, or material concerns promptly
Follow allpany safety policies, GMP standards, SOPs, and manufacturing instructions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen events, and standard work activities
Maintain a clean andanized work environment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous optical manufacturing experience required
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
