This position is PRN working approximately 45 hours a month on Wednesdays and some Thursdays & Fridays + coverage as needed.
Join EANM as a Patient Services Representative (PSR) , responsible for scheduling, patient check-in/out, and insurance verification. You'll provide excellent patient service, assist with billing, and support clinic operations. If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:
Schedule appointments & verify insurance eligibility
Assist patients with registration & billing inquiries
Process referrals & prior authorizations for procedures
Ensure smooth patient check-in/out & collect payments
Provide outstanding patient service in person & over the phone

Strong communication & multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with a patient-first approach
Ability to adapt to new software & workflows
Experience in medical office preferred but not required
