• Dedicated Time for Patients: Enjoy 30-minute exam slots and one hour of dedicated charting time distributed throughout your day. We prioritize clinical accuracy and patient connection over "turning over chairs."
• Advanced Diagnostic Suite: Practice at the top of your license with a Solix OCT (Angiography & Topography), Optomap, Zeiss Visual Field, and Fundus Camera.
• Efficient Workflow: Our two pretest rooms are fully equipped with Nidek Autorefractors, Reichert ORA Tonometers, Visionix Auto Lensometers, and Humphrey FDT to ensure a seamless start to every exam.
• Mentorship Opportunities: While not required, you have the opportunity to learn Scleral Lens fittings and Vision Therapy from our experienced doctors.
• A Unique Optical Experience: Our boutique optical is strictly independent, featuring ethically sourced brands like Lindberg , Etnia Barcelona , and Anne et Valentin .

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
• Minimum California TPG certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative "team-first" mindset.

• Competitive Day Rate based on experience: $450-$700 per day
• Matching 401(k): Available for employees working 2.5+ days/week.
