Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of all project milestones
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to budget and schedule
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any questions or concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in electrical project management
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in project scheduling software such as Primavera or ProCore
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of contract management processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using software tools such as Bluebeam for document management
