We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead India's Frames business within a designated state or part of a state. The role involves managing and guiding a team of frontline Sales Representatives and overseeing distributor operations to drive sales growth, market penetration, and overall business performance in the assigned area.

Your Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager/ Zonal Sales Manager/ Business Sales Head; you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders and be part of global initiatives if needed.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure achievement of primary & secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.

Ensure that the current outlet base is serviced optimally in terms of no. of visits in a month and presentation of sample kits - track and monitor the same.

Ramp up availability of secondary brands (Vogue & Oakley) by benchmarking with current distribution of primary brands (Ray-Ban) & competitor brands.

Ensure a healthy mix of Sunglasses and Frames business from the state.

Plan and organize sales events and road shows in the state to drive order booking.

Expansion of distribution to New Outlets and New towns (very important).

Strengthen EssilorLuxottica's Frames Business presence and relationship with all key dealers in the state.

Recommend trade and market development plans in the state like setting up Priority stores, Exclusive brand outlets, etc., to create the best brand experience for shoppers in the market.

Ensure Best in Class execution of brand activation plans in the market through the team of TSO/ TSMs.

Ensure proper implementation of company schemes and promotional spends in the market through the team of TSOs/ TSMs.

Ensure good commercial and business hygiene with trade partners - maintaining a healthy inventory, avoid ageing of stocks, address warranty returns, etc.

Monitor distributor ROI on a regular basis.

Ensure Collections of payments from Distributors and Direct dealers as per timelines to avoid outstanding dues and bad debts.

Continuously monitor and evaluate Distributor performance and take corrective actions through TSOs/ TSMs.

Ensure customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.

Coaching and Development of TSOs and TSMs.

CRITERIA AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

MBA from a Premier B-School

Candidates should have passed with a minimum score of 60%

Graduates with exceptional track records and relevant experience will also be considered.

Age: Around 28 - 30 years

5 - 6 years of experience with FMCG/ Consumer Durable/ Mobile handset/ Apparel/ Footwear & Accessories businesses.

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

INTERNAL: This role will work closely with frontline Sales Representatives, distributors, and cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and market initiatives.

EXTERNAL: This role will be managing multiple external stakeholders

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

Post-graduate in Management from a Premier B-School.

Should have a good mix of sales and marketing experience post MBA.

Experience more than one product category will be preferred.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Competency - Sales acumen with experience in handling multi-brands/products in diverse markets in FMCG/ Consumer Durable/ Mobile handset/ Apparel/ Footwear & Accessories businesses.

Competency - Result-Oriented, passionate with customer centricity, entrepreneurial ability and team efficacy.

LANGUAGES:

Proficient in English, Hindi and one or two regional languages.
