As a Client Care Coordinator, youll do more than just manage servicesyoull be a trusted guide and advocate for seniors and their families. This dynamic, field-based position involves traveling throughout our service area to oversee client care, conduct in-home consultations, and build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients.

• Serve as the face of Home Instead, meeting with potential clients and families to craft personalized care plans.

• Conduct Care Consultations using a consultative sales approach to help families understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.

• Oversee smooth client/Care Professional introductions and ensure consistent quality assurance visits.

• Monitor client satisfaction, identify opportunities to adjust services as needs evolve, and help increase hours of care when appropriate.

• Collaborate closely with our internal care team and communicate effectively with all stakeholdersclients, families, Care Pros, and referral sources.

• Support the on-call rotation and assist with resolving any client care issues as they arise.
