Entry-Level Starts at: $23.22/hr
Experienced Professionals Up to: $31.92/hr

As an MLT, youll play a key role in delivering fast, accurate lab results that directly impact patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating effectively with patients & providers
• Processing lab orders & ensuring timely data delivery
• Performing lab tests with precision
• Troubleshooting equipment & refining testing methods
• Contributing to research, training, and process improvements
• Handling phone inquiries and reception tasks professionally

What Were Looking For

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
• MLT Certification (ASCP) or eligible to obtain within 6 months
• Completion of clinical training as part of the degree program
