Optical Assistant, optician, optometric assistant

Hello! We are a busy, upscale optometrist office seeking a full time optician/ optometric assistant to join our team. Applicant must like to work with people and love to deliver excellent customer service. We sell a lot of high end fashion frames so a good sense of aesthetics a plus. 

Job duties include: selling, adjusting, dispensing frames, billing, scheduling appointments, pre testing (conducting visual fields, autorefractor, OCT, fundus photos, etc.), neutralizing lenses, retrieving insurance benefits, train in contact lens fitting, order contact lenses, general office duties to name a few. Familiarity with Officemate a huge plus but we will train. Prior experience preferred but we will train. Entry level OK
