Are you a skilled and compassionate optometrist looking to make a difference in the lives of patients? ReFocus Eye Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Optometrists to join our team in Connecticut. We currently have opportunities in Branford, Waterbury, and Stamford (Greenwich Ophthalmology Associates) As a leader in the optometry industry, we are committed to providing exceptional eye care services to our community.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision tests
• Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases
• Prescribe and fit contact lenses
• Perform visual field testing and pre-testing procedures
• Provide postoperative care and patient recall services

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Experience in eye care and ocular disease management
• Proficiency in contact lens fitting and visual testing
• Knowledge of optometry equipment such as autorefractors and OCT
• Ability to perform refractions and diagnose conditions like diabetic retinopathy

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with vision therapy and low vision services
• Knowledge of ophthalmology procedures and cataract management
• Familiarity with LASIK and Optomap technology

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $140,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $200,000.00
