Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No evenings or weekends)

We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Optometrist to join our thriving full-scope optometry practice in Yorktown Heights, NY Full-Time. This is a full-time opportunity in a medical-model setting focused on high-quality, patient-centered eye care. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is built into our collaborative team culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases including glaucoma, dry eye, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy
• Use advanced diagnostic imaging equipment to support clinical decision-making
• Collaborate closely with 2 experienced optometrists and 3 sub-specialized ophthalmologists
• See 3 patients per hour, allowing time for thorough and personalized care
• Supported by skilled ophthalmic technicians who complete workups and testing

What You’ll Need:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending)
• Valid New York State optometry license (or pending)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• A patient-first attitude and commitment to collaborative care
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills

Exposure & Technology:

Gain hands-on exposure to advanced medical optometry in a busy practice with a diverse patient base. You'll have access to the latest ophthalmic technology, including:

• Cirrus OCT
• Zeiss Visual Field Analyzer
• Digital Fundus Photography
• Slit Lamp Photography
• Atlas Topography
• Autorefractor and Digital Lensometers
• Fully equipped exam lanes and slit lamps

Work alongside a team with over 45 years of combined experience in optometry and ophthalmology.
