Eye Physicians & Surgeons, PC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Contact Lens Assistant to join our team in Decatur, GA. As a Contact Lens Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional eye care services to our patients. If you are passionate about optometry and are looking to make a difference in the lives of others, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Checking visual acuity,
• Teaching insertion and removal of contact lenses for soft and gas perm lenses,
• Patient education on lens solutions,
• Ordering lenses,
• Reconciling bills with orders,
• Inventory management, speaking with patients over the phone.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Assist with lens selection

Skills:

• Experience in dispensing optical knowledge
• Familiarity  and contact lens fitting
• Filing for Vision Insurance's : VSP/Eyemed/Davis -
• Posting charges & payments 
• Reconciling Vision Plans Bi-weekly - to assure plan payment
• Pt chart documentation
• Placing contact lens orders Daily - Inventory Control
• Scheduling- For Contact Lens Dept and Optometrist
• Voicemails / Phone Calls / Emails For Contact Lens Dept

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $35,440.00
• Maximum Salary: $41,600.00
