• Each site runs multiple physicians providing immediate access for collaboration and consultations.  
• Ideal candidate has completed Residency, with experience in medical setting.
• Practice full scope of care.  Active co-management with MD's. 
• Dedicated techs & scribes. 
• Application based EHR ran on Ipads (ModMed)
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
• Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options.
