- Assisting patients in selecting frames and lenses appropriate for their prescription and lifestyle.
- Educating patients and families on eyeware care ,options and advancements in optical products.
- Working with the pediatric ophthalmologist and other staff to ensure seamless patientcare.
- Driving optical sales by identifying patients needs , recommending products and promoting eyewear and contact lens options.
- Managing optical inventory , ensuring stock levels are maintained , assisting in odering eyewear supplies , in addition to interacting with optical eyewear vendors.
