- This is your opportunity to join an established, private, ophthalmology practice in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We are seeking a full time Ophthalmic Assistant or Technician for this growth opportunity position at our medical, optical, and surgical Ophthalmology practice.  We are interviewing ophthalmic assistants or technicians with ophthalmic experience ; certification is a plus, however not a requirement. Position requires organized multi-task skills, and candidate should possess a positive energetic professional attitude.

We are seeking a motivated person who possess a strong work ethic. Our successful candidate will join our already outstanding team and possess skills of an Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician: experience to include patient work-up and vision testing, refraction, tonometry, and visual field testing. Additional preferred skills include: A-Scan Biometry, OCT, photography, EOM’s, minor procedure assisting, and pachymetry.
