We are proud to offer a stable and predictable schedule that allows our team to thrive both professionally and personally. This full-time position requires no weekend or evening hours, giving you your time back. We are open 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mon-Fri and closed on weekends.

Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary plus a significant quarterly bonus plan based on goals you directly control, such as optical sales growth and cost of goods management. When the practice succeeds, you succeed.
What We’re Looking For
You’re the perfect fit if you're an experienced optician from a busy optical or clinic setting with 5-10 years of management experience. You lead with kindness but can also make tough decisions with professionalism. You have an owner's mindset, always looking for better ways to do things and aren't afraid to take initiative. In our small practice, your positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively are just as important as your technical skills. Responsibilities Include:
Communicate Eyedeals Optometry values and philosophy to patients and team members
Execute and improve all operational activities to meet your financial targets and customer experience goals
Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the entire store team.
Help select new frame lines and meet with frame representatives
Purchase new frames according to our inventory plan frame budget.
Follow and enforce protocols to ensure risk management and safety
Build and foster an engaged, effective team through recruitment and on-boarding, as well as ongoing training and development
Lead biannual performance and development reviews for each store team member
Create an inclusive workplace culture by treating all teammates and customers with respect
