-Patient Volume: 10-12/day (15 min exams /20 min for follow ups)

-Any Procedures Needed: OCT (*a lot of diabetic patients)

-Start Date: As soon as credentialed (4 weeks)

-Ongoing contract

-EMR: Crystal Practice Management w/ scribes

-Shcedule: 4 x 10 / M-Th, 40 hours/week
