Our high-end, boutique optometry practice is looking for a friendly, social Optician to join our small but dedicated team! We’re a close-knit office with a relaxed and supportive vibe throughout the week, though things can pick up on doctor days — especially when we’re helping patients look and see their best.

As our Optician, you’ll work closely with customers to help them find the perfect eyewear by:

• Recommending frames and lenses based on lifestyle and needs

• Taking accurate measurements and performing fittings/adjustments

• Teaching proper eyewear and contact lens care

• Offering specialized options for sports, occupational use, tints, and coatings

To thrive here, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, patience, and a passion for helping people feel confident in their eyewear.

• Pulling insurance.
• Ordering 
• Repairs
• Sales
• Inventory
• Lensometer 

Optician Requirements:

• Experience as an Optician
• Knowledgeable about Lens options and Optical Insurances.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sales experience.
