About the Role:

• Provide comprehensive eye exams to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases and conditions.
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Educate patients on eye health and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
• Valid Connecticut optometry license.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current optometric practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.  
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
