The Opportunity

As an Optometrist in our practice, you'll work alongside board-certified ophthalmologists, gaining access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technologies. This position offers a unique blend of autonomy and collaboration-ideal for an optometrist who wants to grow clinically, work in a multidisciplinary setting, and make a real impact in patients' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry evaluations.

  • Diagnose and manage ocular disease, including glaucoma, dry eye, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease.

  • Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.

  • Collaborate closely with ophthalmologist and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Educate patients on eye health, preventative care, and treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.

  • Active state license (or eligibility for licensure).

  • Strong clinical skills in medical optometry and ocular disease management.

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient-centered care.

  • Prior experience in a medical or surgical eye care setting preferred (but new grads are welcome to apply).
