This is an opportunity to practice in a 5000 sq ft building with 4 fully equipped exam lanes, two of which are fully automated.  You will have access to every piece of diagnostic equipment that you would need to practice.  The practice has an OCT, VF's, VEP/ERG, macular pigment density testing, anterior and posterior photography, and all of the necessary pretesting equipment.  Techs/assistants do all of the pre-testing, leaving you to do what you need to do for the exam.   I believe in practicing full scope medical optometry.  Starting salary would be in the 110-150,00 range with medical, retirement, malpractice, licensing, CE and other perks included.  After 2.5 years, I will be offering 5% equity in the practice and another 5% after year 5.  No buyin or cost to you!! No Nights, No Weekends!!   This is an amazing opportunity for the right OD to control and grow their practice without the risk of ownership right away.  I am hoping to retire in 10-12 years so ownership could definitely be in the cards if desired.  Practice in lovely Clear Lake Iowa.  Resort town with many activities available year round!!  Low cost of living, many activities available year round, and become the only OD in town!! This needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
